H1N1 Alert





Symptoms: Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Body aches, Headache, Difficulty in breathing, Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen, Sudden dizziness, Confusion, Severe or persistent vomiting, Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough.

If you encounter combination of symptoms above and if it persists, please seek medical consultation immediately.

Preventive Measures for H1N1:

1) Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze.

2) Cover your nose and mouth with tissue when you sneeze and throw the used tissue in the trash after you use it.

3) Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.

4) Wear a mask when you are in crowded areas.

5) Exercise, eat and sleep well.

6)Manage any chronic situation.
